Sally Cusack

Sally is the mother of two teens, is based in Northern NSW and has been a passionate advocate for women's choices in birth since her experience of continuity of midwifery led care in her home 14 years ago. Sally has been a member of Maternity Coalition (as MCA was known then) since 2009 and advocated for better maternity choices in her region since then. In 2010 with a group of local women she founded the Pregnancy Birth and Beyond Radio show, which broadcast weekly for 10 years from BayFM, Byron Bay, her local community radio station. In 2015 the radio show became PBB Media, which was founded with former MCA President Annalee Atia, and another dear friend Lara Martin. The team has grown and changed over the years since then, still producing content for parents to keep them informed of their choices.
